1st Hour - A small group mindfulness session led by Jessica, from Growing Solutions. Meditation, reflection and simply a time to slow down. Coffee, tea, soda, pastries

2nd Hour - Get your hands dirty as Down to Earth Guides us in creating a plant to bring home, while Jessica helps us find deeper connection in the beauty of “Dirt Therapy”
